The 3 Types of AF Package Warranties

Read through each warranty before buying. Ask us about anything unclear—walk away if we can’t explain!

What Does the Manufacturing Warranty Cover?

AF Package covers two key areas with our manufacturing warranty:

  1. Mechanical Parts (2 Years): Includes the structure, pistons, pumps, and frames. Free parts and shipping if issues arise.
  2. Electrical Parts (1 Year): Covers PLC, touchscreen, and control systems. Free replacements and shipping during warranty.

Sometimes these are combined into one warranty, but both are always covered. Note: Replacement costs (parts and shipping) are fully borne by us during the warranty period.

What Does the Installation/Support Warranty Cover?

Our installation and support warranty ensures your machine runs smoothly post-delivery:

  1. Optional on-site technical service available, with costs covered by the client ($200/day).
  2. Covers assembly, testing, and initial operation guidance.
  3. Remote support included 24/7 via video or chat.

Unlike some providers, we don’t shift repair burdens to you. Contact us for on-site quotes.

How to Inspect Your AF Package Warranty?

Ask these 4 questions to vet our warranty:

  1. Is the warranty transferrable? Yes, with dealer approval.
  2. What’s the duration? 2 years mechanical, 1 year electrical.
  3. What is excluded? Normal wear, misuse, or post-warranty damage.
  4. What does it cover? All parts, shipping, and replacements during warranty.
